3. Drone Inspection & Aerial Privacy

TilTop utilizes Transport Canada licensed drone pilots to capture aerial roof imagery. Our flight protocols strictly mandate that camera sensors focus solely on the exterior roof surface, flashings, gutters, and chimneys. We do not film through windows, skylights, or neighboring private residential grounds. Any footage featuring unintended background elements is cropped or discarded.

4. Data Sharing & Non-Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, trade, or monetize your personal information to third parties. Data is disclosed only to verified contractors or manufacturer representatives (e.g. Owens Corning, IKO, GAF) strictly necessary to fulfill your roofing contract and warranty registration, or as mandated by law or court order.

Project files and warranty records are maintained in secure databases protected by multi-factor authentication for the duration of the 15-year warranty period, after which they are securely archived or destroyed.
